Privacy notice
What happens to the details you send us through the enquiry form on this website: the Request a quote page and the Contact sales window.
Who we are

What we collect
- What you type: your name, company, phone number, email address, city, the part number or description, the quantity and your message. Only your name, a way to reply and what you need are required.
- Photos you attach, up to three. Where your browser can, the form resizes photos before sending them, which also removes hidden details such as the place a photo was taken. Please avoid photos that show people or documents with personal details.
- Where the enquiry came from: the page of this website you sent it from, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived by (such as
utm_sourcefrom an advertisement), so we can tell which pages and campaigns bring enquiries. - To keep out spam: a scrambled (one-way hashed) form of your IP address, kept for about ten minutes to limit how many enquiries one connection can send.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the time of each request, for security and to keep the site running.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry: to identify the filter element, prepare a quotation and follow up on that enquiry. We do not sell your details, and sending an enquiry does not sign you up to any newsletter.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Enquiries are stored in PureCore’s own business system, which runs on the cloud hosting and database services we use. Photos are kept in private storage: they have no public link, and only signed-in PureCore staff can open them. Inside PureCore, the people who handle enquiries and quotations can see your enquiry. Our system is backed up every day to private storage.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone instead, those services’ own privacy terms apply as well.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it is useful for dealing with your request and for our normal sales records. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we have to keep it, for example because it led to an order we must keep for tax or accounting records. A deleted enquiry can remain in our backups for a while after it has been removed from the live system.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@purecorefilters.com. You do not have to use the form at all: you can also call +91 96893 95353.
Cookies and storage
The enquiry form does not use cookies. It remembers the campaign tags of the link you arrived by in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. The only cookie this site sets is for PureCore staff who sign in to our internal system.
Changes
If we change how we handle enquiries, we will update this page and the date at the top.
